The closest and most popular haunt for Puneites during monsoon Sinhagad has it all be it scenic beauty foggy roads or a plate of zhunka-bhakar and a bowl of curd. The place is famous for the Battle of Sinhagad when Tanaji Malusare re-captured the fort. A statue of Tanaji Malusare can be seen on the fort too.
