Agneepath Yojana Information : Government of India has launched Agneepath Yojana. Through this scheme, all the youth of the country who want to join the Indian Army can fulfill their dream. Through Agneepath Yojana 2022, there will be massive recruitment in all three branches of the Indian Armed Forces which are Army, Navy and Air Force. This recruitment is going to be done under Agneepath Yojana. Soldiers will be recruited under this scheme for 4 years.

The Agneepath scheme has been approved in the meeting of the Micro Affairs Committee of the Cabinet. The government had decided to start this scheme on June 14, 2022. The scheme will also be effective in increasing employment opportunities. Apart from this, the security of the country will also be strengthened due to the implementation of this plan. Before launching this scheme, the three army chiefs had also given the launch of the scheme to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The launch of this scheme has been announced by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and the heads of the three branches of the Army. The youth recruited under this scheme will be called Agniveer.

What is Agneepath Yojana?

46,000 youth will be inducted into the Sahastra Dal this year under the Agneepath scheme of the Centre. According to this scheme, the youth will be recruited for four years and they will be called ‘Agniveer’. Age of Agniveer will be 17 to 21 years and salary will be 30 to 40 thousand per month. According to this scheme, 25 percent of the recruited youth will get further opportunities in the army and the remaining 75 percent of the youth will have to leave the job.

Free Service Fund Package Rs. 11.71 lakhs which will make them economically viable.

Objective of Agneepath Scheme

Youth will be appointed for 4 years under Agneepath Yojana. In which they will be given high skill training of army. Through this training he can become trained.
