6. Application Process
- Visit the official UPPSC portal – uppsc.up.nic.in.
- Complete One Time Registration (OTR).
- Login with OTR ID and fill the online application form.
- Upload scanned photo, signature, and required documents.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
- Take a printout of the final submitted application for future reference.

8. Selection Process
The selection will be done in two stages:
- Preliminary Examination (Objective type screening test)
- Mains Examination (Descriptive test including General Studies, Subject-specific Paper, and Essay Writing)
The final merit list will be prepared based on the Mains Exam performance.
