3. Educational Qualification

  • Candidate must hold a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
  • B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory in this recruitment cycle.

4. Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025)

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years
  • Age relaxation applicable as per government norms (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen categories).

5. Application Fee

  • UR/EWS/OBC: ₹125/-
  • SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen: ₹65/-
  • PWD: ₹25/-
  • Fee can be paid online via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.

6. Application Process

  1. Visit the official UPPSC portal – uppsc.up.nic.in.
  2. Complete One Time Registration (OTR).
  3. Login with OTR ID and fill the online application form.
  4. Upload scanned photo, signature, and required documents.
  5. Pay the application fee and submit the form.
  6. Take a printout of the final submitted application for future reference.

7. Important Dates

  • Application Start Date: 12 August 2025
  • Application End Date: 12 September 2025
  • Correction Window / Fee Submission: up to 19 September 2025

8. Selection Process

The selection will be done in two stages:

  • Preliminary Examination (Objective type screening test)
  • Mains Examination (Descriptive test including General Studies, Subject-specific Paper, and Essay Writing)

The final merit list will be prepared based on the Mains Exam performance.
